Wrong, wrong and wrong again. (Although we are excited for when it's our neighborhoods turn to get google fiber, free interwebs!)
So what am I so excited about?
SuMmEr!!!!!
You know how at Christmas time one of the songs that you hear is "It's the most wonderful time of the year" ... I think that they messed that up by 6 months. In my book, summer time is the most wonderful time of the year!
In a couple hours I'm going to take my LAST final...which really we did the final for that class like 2 weeks ago...we just have to show up today, weird but whatever. That means that SUMMER has begun!! Russ finished his semester a week ago, I can't even begin to tell you how much discipline it took for me to not go into complete summer planning/excitement mode. But somehow I spent the majority of the weekend studying for finals (even I was surprised) - so much so that Saturday night I almost passed on this:
But let's be honest...since when could I resist a soccer game with my love? If you thought that was possible then I must ask: do you even know me enough to be reading this? ;)
Seriously multiple times I had to stop myself from just writing my summer bucket list instead of my last paper. But now the liberation has occurred and I can bucket list to my hearts content!
We started things out right already. Sunday we went on a gorgeous walk through Murray Park with my mom (she's the best). She was even nice enough to take take our picture in our kissing tree, yup that's the very spot that Mr. Irion kissed me for the first time 3 1/2 years a go . . . awwww (I was so nervous). Cute Russ also took me there the night before our wedding. Gotta love Murray Park!

Also last night - after my last real final, we went out to enjoy some good old fashioned american baseball! Seriously there is just something about going to the ball park that I love.
. . . plus, isn't he handsome?
